What is a ‘world-class university, and are the universities in Singapore well-equipped to achieve that goal?
Are the universities in Singapore giving undergraduates the education and research experience they need?
Are students adequately encouraged and trained to become thinking adults who are able to offer contributions beyond their fields of specializations to the wider society?
